Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Statewide Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office in Jefferson City. This full-time role oversees CQI activities, collects and analyzes data through audits and interviews to monitor quality of service statewide.

The ideal candidate holds a healthcare-related bachelor’s degree, is licensed or eligible as a clinician, and has 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams with knowledge of regulatory standards and policy development; CPR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Sciences, Social Science, Program Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Licensed physician, registered nurse, or other licensed clinician as approved by MODOC.
• Experience designing and implementing quality systems and QA practices.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory/accreditation standards in healthcare.
• Experience developing policies or procedures.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience coordinating a multidisciplinary team.
• Current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR certification.
• Ability to pass background check and agency security clearance; drug testing per requirements.
• At least two years of correctional experience or correctional healthcare experience in a state system.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee all quality improvement activities.
• Collect and analyze data through audits, interviews and other activities.
• Monitor the quality and appropriateness of service delivery for statewide contract.
• Implement Centurion’s CQI program in accordance with laws, standards and contractual requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to drive continuous improvement.
