Synergy Services is seeking a Chief Clinical Excellence Officer in Parkville, MO to lead the quality, safety, consistency, and effectiveness of mental health services across the organization. You will establish evidence-based practices, oversee clinical quality assurance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor clinical staff in a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current Missouri clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Significant clinical leadership and supervision experience, quality improvement, or program development.

Responsabilités

• Establish and implement best-practice clinical frameworks and quality assurance.
• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and mentorship to staff.
• Oversee supervisory duties for interns and provisionally licensed therapists.
• Ensure compliance with state and COA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
