Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate patient interactions and pharmacy workflows in a hybrid environment across multiple US offices. The role emphasizes rigorous QA scoring, calibration, and collaboration with frontline teams to ensure compliant and efficient service.

You will review calls, chats, and emails, audit hub workflows, and identify process improvements to raise overall quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in contact center or hub pharmacy.
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industry preferred.
• Track record of strong QA scores.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for precision.
• Analytical and process oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QA evaluations on all lines of business, meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
• Conduct patient interaction evaluations for phone, chat and emails.
• Audit pharmacy workflows, such as Prior Authorization and hub data entry.
• Identify trends to improve quality and workflow adherence; communicate findings to QA leadership.
• Collaborate with agents, leaders and other QA analysts to improve protocols and knowledge bases.
• Remain current on products, protocols and processes; participate in calibration sessions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and explain scoring rationale to drive calibration scores.
• Cross-train to evaluate quality on other segments as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
