Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Sr. Quality Management Specialist to oversee the Quality System, drive deviations, CAPAs and audits, and guide enterprise-scale quality improvements.

You will analyze data, report KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Qualified candidates have 5–7 years in quality systems management, with 3+ years leading audits, and hold relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in quality systems management and related roles.
• Minimum of 3 years leading internal, third-party, client and/or regulatory audits.
• Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams/projects at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and advice to Quality personnel, internal groups and project teams on the Quality System.
• Coordinate and lead Deviations and CAPAs, including root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness checks.
• Lead and/or support internal, vendor and external audits; maintain audit-readiness and ensure timely closure.
• Calculate, record and analyze Quality System data and report KPIs to management and customers.
• Collaborate with Quality personnel and ConnectiveRx teammates to support Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Review and process Document Change requests; coordinate routine document reviews with owners.
• Maintain training assignments and training plans for ConnectiveRx eLearning; monitor training compliance.
• Assist with Vendor Risk Assessments alongside Information Security and Procurement.
• Assist HR and IT with onboarding and orientation.
• Other duties as assigned
