Job summary

Flow-Zone in Brighton, CO is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to assist the Sales and Operations teams in maintaining smooth internal operations and continuous improvement for quality service to customers.

You will collaborate with Regional Managers and Sales to maximize branch efficiency, monitor concerns, and support pricing, budgeting, and reporting. Strong MS Office skills and four years’ leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ industry experience with project leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of market, customer base, products, suppliers and distribution process preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Works with Regional Manager(s), Operations Manager, and Sales Manager to promote branch efficiency and profitability.
• Keeps Regional Operations Manager apprised of issues affecting branches.
• Develops and maintains high customer satisfaction and resolves operational concerns.
• Coordinates sales and product-marketing activities related to Operations and Inside Sales; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Participates in meetings to plan strategies, budgeting, and performance reports to improve efficiency.
• Provides support for special projects and guides project management procedures.
• Identify and minimize excess stock and returns; support vendor relations and inventory control.
