You will collaborate with procurement, accounting, engineering, and installation teams to maintain excellent customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a customer-service mindset in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer agreements, jobs and services
• Prepare quotes and renewals; issue purchase orders
• Track profitability and cost analysis for services
• Maintain service schedules and prepare work orders for invoicing
• Enter and report activity using Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Suite
• Support customer calls and coordinate service schedules with technicians
• Provide admin support to the Technical Service Center
• Back-up other staff during vacations/seminars
• Collaborate with internal partners to support growth
