Job summary

HydroGraph is seeking a Project Manager - Operations to plan, budget, and drive execution of projects across our Advanced Manufacturing organization. This role manages NPI projects, new designs and improvements, and site expansion initiatives, partnering with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Sales to define requirements and ensure milestones are met.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, Stage-Gate expertise, and proficiency with Wrike and MS Project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or 10+ years relevant experience.
5+ years project management experience.
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and ROM cost estimates.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical, business, and marketing teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Stage-Gate.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Sales.
Develop budgets and ROM costs for samples and full-rate production.
Report out to Leadership on project status and spend.
Develop and maintain project timelines for NPI, new design/improvement, and facility projects; escalate and drive resolution when on track.
Document project history and key decisions at each phase of the project.
Partner with business, marketing, and technical teams to ensure requirements are defined and met.
