HydroGraph is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to join our Advance Manufacturing team. The role connects material properties, process behavior, and testing requirements to ensure new products and process changes are ready for production.

The Sr. Process Engineer brings deep NPI experience, works cross-functionally, and mentors others on the team. You will help define critical process parameters, testing standards, and change-control decisions that protect product quality and consistency, while

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in process engineering or related field.
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) required.
Ability to identify critical process parameters and operating limits with data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of SPC, DOE, and Lean fundamentals.
Mentoring or supporting less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

Develop and approve standards, processes, test plans, and documentation for new product introductions.
Identify critical process parameters and operating limits for production.
Manage change control requests and determine testing requirements.
Ensure readiness of FMEAs, DFMs, and RCFAs.
Provide hands-on support and mentorship to the team.
Support training and production readiness for new product launches.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and others to meet material requirements.
