Job summary

ReSound is seeking a hands-on Project Lead to drive strategic Operations initiatives across Supply Chain, shipping, manufacturing, and systems. You will document processes, define deliverables, create schedules, and lead meetings while ensuring budgets are met.

You will partner with carriers, procurement, and global teams, act as SME for ERP transitions to D365, and push continuous improvement across OTC, M&M, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or supporting project management with clear deliverables and timelines (ops/manufacturing/shipping).
• Project Management Certification, preferred.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of Operations strategic projects.
• Document processes, meeting results, actions, risks, and project communications.
• Coordinate with carriers and procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Support global meetings with internal and external partners.
• Drive Navision to D365 conversion as ERP SME and guide cross-functional teams.
