You will track KPIs and act as the primary liaison between manufacturing, project managers, and vendors to drive process efficiency.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel/Sheets data skills, and excellent communication.

• Associates degree or equivalent professional experience in Industrial/Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and maintain schedules for timely delivery.
• Serve as central contact to facilitate information flow between operations.
• Research workflows and assist in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collect data from internal systems to build performance reports and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, process purchase orders, review contracts, and track deliveries.
• Schedule project meetings and document action items.
