AIA Trust and AIA are seeking an Operations Manager to provide coordinated operational, governance, communications, finance, legal, and administrative support across two closely affiliated organizations. The role offers broad exposure to nonprofit operations and board engagement.

The Operations Manager will work with the Executive Director to support the Trust's programs, Board activities, and day-to-day operations while also supporting designated AIA finance, legal, and administrative functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in nonprofit operations, association management, communications, or event planning.
• Experience developing professional communications and digital marketing materials.
• Experience managing websites using WordPress or a similar CMS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and execution of Trustee Board meetings and related governance activities.
• Manage communications with Trustees, plan providers, guest speakers, and staff.
• Support educational programs, conferences, and special events for the Trust.
• Maintain databases, directories, and member resources; ensure accuracy.
• Support member and component engagement through outreach and program communications.
• Develop and manage website, digital assets, and marketing materials.
