• Detail-oriented, early career operations professionals who will provide administrative and project management support to a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients.
• Experience or exposure to non-profit compliance, budgeting/finance, human resources, technology, and project management is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison between internal operational teams and fiscally sponsored nonprofit clients; ensure deliverables are completed timely and satisfactorily.
• Facilitate client meetings and escalate requests to relevant internal teams; gather guidance from account managers to solve issues.
• Maintain project management tools and trackers to monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior teammates’ strengths and experience.
• Support financial management by pulling monthly reports, reviewing invoices, and coding payments.
• Support grant and contract management including drafting agreements and reviewing reports.
• Assist HR processes for employees of charitable projects and respond to benefits questions.
• Contribute to process improvements across departments.
