Xometry, a leading digital manufacturing marketplace, is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to guide cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scale our growth in advanced manufacturing.

Based in Lexington, KY, you will collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to deliver measurable results, manage plans and budgets, and champion Lean practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement improvements and drive outcomes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for improvement.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
