Job summary

DSV Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Associate I, Operations Support to back new business implementations and ensure operational continuity across multiple sites. The role includes mentorship and oversight responsibilities, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and up to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• High Travel Role - 80% range.
• Partner with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans.
• Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support.
• Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates.
• Provide hyper‑care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches.
• Help manage UAT and volume stress testing.
• Serve in flexible operational support capacities to maintain continuity during hiring gaps or backfill transitions.
• Engage in DQP sessions and cross‑functional planning forums.
• Meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality.
