About the Job
As a Program Manager within the Operations function, this person will lead complex, global programs that drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Program scope may include Operations system Improvement, merger and acquisition, product transfers, process and quality metric improvements
This highly collaborative role requires strong cross-functional alignment to successfully design, scale, and execute programs.
The ideal candidate will quickly establish credibility, gain a deep understanding of internal processes, proactively engage subject matter experts, and evaluate options to overcome challenges and deliver program objectives.
Strong communication skills are essential, particularly in engaging senior leadership to drive decision-making, align priorities, and remove ambiguity.
Major Position Responsibilities
Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-functional programsfrom initiation through execution, including complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving schedule, scope, and budget management. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and Hoshin goals such as scrap reduction, delivery performance, and digital transformation.
Drive results without formal authorityby fostering a collaborative, high-trust team environment. Demonstrate strong people management skills by influencing diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts constructively, and leading through change.
Identify and manage program risksby conducting thorough risk assessments, raising prioritization and tradeoff decisions early, and proposing mitigation strategies or alternative solutions in line with defined risk management process.
Apply deep project management expertiseto define workstreams, establish clear milestones, and ensure all project activities are appropriately assigned and tracked to ensure successful delivery.
Engage and influence at all levels of the organization, including cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, through clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication.
Balance strategic vision with operational execution—making real-time decisions, evaluating tradeoffs, and identifying innovative opportunities that enhance program outcomes.
Facilitate project planning and coordinationto drive accountability and ensure project teams deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
Partner with executive leadershipto understand business needs, assess current-state operations, and develop actionable plans for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Support technology-driven initiativesby gathering business requirements and ensuring alignment with IT development efforts, including a solid understanding of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
Work Environment: This position is 100% onsite.
Travel: Up to 10%; minimal travel for key meetings or events.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively
Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Pay Range:
P70-USA-1 :$124,600.00 - $178,000.00Disclaimer:
Final base salary for the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job location, where work will be performed, qualifications, work history and relevant experience.
