What you'll do
As the Program Manager for the Corporate Affairs Team, you will drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment of scope, resources, stakeholders, and partners throughout the program lifecycle. You will work across teams on projects related to sustainability, social impact, and government affairs, including ESG reporting, key results tracking, software rollouts, process improvements, and special initiatives like Docusign for Nonprofits and science-based targets. The role requires strategic program management experience, change management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a matrixed organization. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Affairs, you will be results-driven, business-savvy, and capable of managing stakeholder expectations at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver internal consulting work aligned with strategic priorities
  • Develop project objectives, scope, success metrics, involving relevant stakeholders
  • Lead change management and manage dependencies between teams
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, support escalation, and oversee project progress
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Manage and optimize the corporate affairs budget
  • Evaluate and improve processes, share best practices
  • Prepare materials for governance and stakeholder meetings
  • Support ad hoc requests and projects for the team

This position is remote; the employee works from a designated remote location. Job designation may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in project and program management supporting corporate initiatives
  • Experience with ESG reporting, sustainability data, and Google Suite or similar platforms

Preferred

  • Strong problem-solving, change management, and strategic communication skills
  • Ability to build cross-team relationships and drive action without direct authority
  • Experience with AI tools for project management and reporting
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills
  • Located in San Francisco, CA/Bay Area

Wage Transparency
Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., California: $126,900 - $197,800. Additional benefits include bonuses, stock options, health plans, retirement plans, and learning opportunities.
