Job summary

Marathon TS is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead operational execution, streamline processes, and align cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and production.

You will manage end-to-end schedules, track KPIs, identify critical paths, drive risk mitigation, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5–10+ years of manufacturing/technical operations/program management experience in a high-volume or complex matrix environment.
• Experience taking products from development/NPI through production release.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage operational project schedules from development to mass production.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership to define scopes and align resources.
• Identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Monitor program budgets and oversee resource allocation.
• Analyze KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) and present updates to executives.
• Assess risks, determine critical paths, and implement mitigation plans.
