Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced NPI Program/Project Manager to lead the operational commercialization and manufacturing readiness of new products from concept through pilot production to high-volume manufacturing. You will coordinate across Business Units, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to ensure on-time product introduction and milestone achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 8–10+ years in PM, NPI, or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional product development and commercialization programs.
• Knowledge of product development processes and phase-gate methods.
• Experience managing complex programs in matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Operations Program Manager and escalation point for NPI programs.
• Lead commercialization activities and manage PDP and PDP-Lite initiatives.
• Develop program plans, schedules, milestones, and transition roadmaps to HVM.
• Create POR, ORS, and detailed productization plans.
• Ensure alignment of business objectives with development milestones.
• Monitor risk, readiness scores, and gate reviews.
