Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program management, manufacturing, procurement or similar environment.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; presenting at all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (supply chain, manufacturing engineering, design, and logistics) to deliver program requirements and resolve blockers.
• Identify risks and blockers proactively and drive resolution.
• Prepare leadership-level presentations and reports on program readiness and timelines.
• Design scalable production readiness frameworks—processes, tools, and metrics.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to enable predictable execution.
