Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and manage schedules from NPI through mass production or steady-state.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership to meet milestones.
• Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Monitor budgets and oversee resource allocation and capex/opex requests.
• Analyze KPIs and present status to senior leadership and executives.
• Assess risks, define critical paths, and execute mitigation plans.
