Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to drive subassembly and assembly operations with a focus on efficiency and quality. You will create schedules, balance workloads across teams, and partner with engineering and quality to meet specifications.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervision experience, deep knowledge of production planning and NetSuite ERP, and a proven ability to lead, train, and improve processes using lean methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production supervisor role within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience, specifically NetSuite for planning and inventory.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subassembly and assembly operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing labor and material usage.
• Coordinate production planning across workstations and departments.
• Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and meet specs.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings.
