Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management or product launches.
• Experience delivering cross-functional launches in large organizations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, with executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness.
• Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, and maintain program documentation.
• Ensure alignment between development teams and business requirements.
• Monitor progress and drive timely resolutions.
• Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement for future programs.
• Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and templates to improve launch efficiency.
