Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience and continuous improvement focus.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to build plans including methods, sequences, and tooling.
• Develop labor hour estimates, tooling, and concepts for bids.
• Address quality issues using RCCA tools and coordinate with engineering and operations.
• Lead production engineering activities and develop cost-effective methods.
• Collaborate with quality, industrial, and manufacturing functions across teams.
