Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing support, or a BA with 2+ years experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of composites and manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of composite fabrication and manufacturing at a high level.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in production engineering disciplines.
• Apply quality, industrial, and manufacturing engineering principles.
• Develop cost-effective methods, standards, and systems for production.
• Lead and mentor in long-range technical research and guidance.
