Job summary

Amazon is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to maximize employee productivity and ensure on-time delivery at our Ohio/USA operations. You will mentor teams, manage safety and quality, and coordinate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.

The role requires 40 hours per week, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others.
• 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail).
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members.
