Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Are 18 years of age or older.
• 6+ months of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate others.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours, with frequent movement.
• Work in varying noise levels and temperatures, including outside loading and refrigerated environments.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts.
• Able to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
