Job summary

Planstin is seeking a Process Improvement Team Specialist to support administration and continuous improvement across Planstin Administration. You will work with all departments to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operations, including renewals, billing, and enrollment-related tasks.

The role requires proactive, adaptable individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A dynamic environment and ownership of responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort working with data, documents, and multi-step administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with every department to support day-to-day administration and process improvement.
• Create and edit groups and perform group maintenance in Employee Navigator.
• Review data for renewals and prepare renewal letters and communications; manage invoicing and ID cards.
• Coordinate with vendors and perform quality checks to ensure accurate member servicing.
• Identify patterns for process improvements and drive resolution.
