Job summary

PG&E is seeking an individual contributor for an Order Governance and Controls role in California. The position supports governance of work orders, drives process improvements, and coordinates trainings.

The work location will be within the PG&E service territory and selected location will be agreed with the hiring leader. This is a hybrid role, requiring some in-office time and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License on day one.

Responsibilities

• Understand department/function responsibilities and processes.
• Coordinate with internal partners using established procedures.
• Assist with standard inquiries and reactive tasks under supervision.
• Communicate with peers inside and outside the department to share data.
• Travel up to 10% for meetings and trainings; mostly office-based.
