  • M&A integration
  • Organizational or operating model transformation
  • Process optimization
  • Change management
  • Strategic initiative execution
  • Executive-level reporting and presentations

Energy or natural gas industry experience is a plus, but consulting, transformation, and PMO experience are more important than direct industry experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

You're someone who has learned how to execute within an established PMO or consulting framework - and is now ready to help build something yourself.

You are highly organized and detail-oriented, but you're also comfortable operating at a strategic level. You know how to work with senior leaders, ask the right questions, identify what is getting stuck, and keep initiatives moving.

You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to happen. You hold people accountable - regardless of title - while maintaining strong relationships.

The ideal candidate brings executive presence, confidence, curiosity, and a "silent leader" mentality. You're assertive without being confrontational and willing to roll up your sleeves to get into the details when necessary.

Work Arrangement:

Primarily in-office, Monday–Friday, with flexibility when needed

Compensation:

Salary is competitive with market rate and negotiable depending on experience
