Job summary

DataOne is seeking an Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX to coordinate day-to-day functional activities and support profitability reporting. You will work with the Sr.

Manager, Enterprise Operations on reporting, budgeting, and project operations processes, ensuring accuracy and timely insights for leadership. The role requires 2+ years in operations or financial analysis, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, reporting, financial analysis, or project coordination.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, IF functions) and SharePoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or SQL and Workday is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and clearly explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring operational and profitability reporting, including project and contract margin, budget vs. actuals, and open billing installments.
• First line of support for Adaptive Planning and data validation, reconciling plan figures to Workday actuals.
• Monitor and analyze project data in SharePoint and Workday related to billing, budgets, and errors.
• Develop and maintain documentation on reporting and project operations procedures.
• Represent the operations team on cross-functional initiatives and system changes.
