Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN is seeking an Operations Management Support professional to provide administrative and operational support to leaders across the complex. You will organize information, prepare reports and presentations, schedule meetings, and assist with day-to-day plant operations.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; related experience may be considered.
• Experience: Administrative, operations support, production planning, or related experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple managers.
• Compile, analyze, and organize information for reports, presentations, charts, and pivot tables.
• Assist with preparation, maintenance, and tracking of records and reports.
