Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive People/HRBP experience.
• Experience partnering with managers and leaders on performance, development, and HR initiatives.
• Strong judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and coach managers across Order.co on performance, feedback, and employee engagement.
• Support talent planning, organizational changes, succession, and workforce planning.
• Coach through performance concerns and employee relations matters with sound judgment and documentation.
• Partner with Director of People Operations across the employee lifecycle and HRIS workflows.
