Planet Pharma is seeking an Operations Partner to provide analytical, operational and specialized support to GPS leaders and teams. You will coordinate activities across stakeholders, prioritize work, and enable efficient execution of priorities within the CVRM Therapeutic Area.

This role emphasizes agile collaboration, strategic partnership with senior leaders, and the use of digital tools to streamline workflows. A strong emphasis on confidentiality and proactive problem-solving is required.

Formación

• Fluency in English required.
• Experience in diverse and complex organizational cultures.
• Tech savvy; proficient with technology applications; curious about AI.
• Ability to track and manage projects through to completion.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows; apply AI-enabled tools.
• Coordinate business and administrative activities including recruitment, contracts, and compliance support.
• Support coordination across priorities and stakeholders to ensure continuity and effective execution.
