Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a warehouse or manufacturing area, manage staff, and optimize daily workflows. You will coordinate receiving, inventory, and cycle counts while ensuring compliance with safety policies and ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising workers, reviewing orders and machinery, and maintaining strong communication across departments and with vendors. This on-site role requires ability to lift 40 lbs and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse/operations or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respective area of manufacturing or warehousing operations.
• Coordinate and supervise workers and daily/weekly work assignments.
• Review orders, maintenance records, and machinery to plan work.
• Manage receiving, inventory, and cycle counts; support ISO 9001 activities.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance and maintain cleanliness and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and vendors.
