Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a warehouse operations environment with at least 1 year experience at XPEL desired
• Ability to visually inspect and document defects
• Stand or sit for long periods to operate rewind machines
• Professional team player in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine slitters and packaging equipment as needed
• Label, package, box products for transfer into finished goods
• Stack and palletize a variety of products from 5 lb to 50 lb
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area throughout shifts
• Accurately pack, palletize, wrap and label orders
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Mentor peers and provide on-the-job training to new associates
• Suggest process improvements to management
• Perform other duties as needed
