Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Operations Associate III to join our warehouse team in Texas. You will operate production machine slitters, label and box products, and assist in all warehouse activities including inventory counts and housekeeping. The role requires physical effort and teamwork to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of orders.

The position emphasizes safety, communication, and problem-solving as you support internal and external customers and help maintain a clean, efficient facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a warehouse operations environment with at least 1 year experience at XPEL desired.
• Ability to visually inspect and document defects.
• Stand / sit for long periods of time to operate rewind machines.
• Professional team player.
• Work in a fast faced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Good communication.
• Problem solving ability and good judgment calls.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine slitter equipment as needed.
• Label, package, and box product for transfer into finished goods.
• Stack and palletize a variety of products, ranging from 5lb to 50lb.
• Assist with inventory audits including daily cycle counts, month-end and year-end counts.
• Maintain a neat, orderly and safe work area; perform housekeeping.
• Pack, palletize, wrap and label orders as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Mentor peers; provide on the job training to new associates.
• Recommend changes to management on processes.
• Perform any other duties as needed.
