Job summary

Qualifications

• GMP pharmaceutical experience required or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with PAS‑X, SAP, and MODA.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cleanroom gowning.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sterile equipment per drawings for clinical development and manufacturing.
• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain cleaning processes.
• Receive, inspect, and store sterile supplies with proper documentation.
• Prepare sterile products; perform open/closed aseptic formulation in isolator.
• Perform visual inspections and manage unit quality and defects.
• Maintain meticulous formulation records and environmental data.
• Follow GMP SOPs; address deviations with management.
• Adapt to changing batch procedures and schedules.
• Work in Grade A isolator and Grade C cleanroom; ensure aseptic practices.
• Collaborate with formulators, engineers, QC, safety, and facilities.
• Train new staff on sterile procedures and compliance.
