Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping orders.
• Handle daily reports and worksheets for client and management.
• Respond to billing questions and track order status.
• Record customer inquiries and actions taken for audit trails.
• Support in cross-training and departmental tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely order release.
