Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a goal-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physically able to bend, reach, lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets and basic Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department.
• Tag and transfer products, process damage, and support RFID tasks.
• Assist with facilities maintenance, lighting, and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and customer orders.
• Keep back-of-house organized and replenish stock for sales floor.
• Collaborate with merchandising to ensure product readiness.
