Job summary

The Karp Group in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Operations & Marketing Coordinator to become the trusted operational backbone of the team, owning the details, solving problems, supporting agents, and ensuring marketing runs smoothly.

This role is not a checkbox position—it's an opportunity to take ownership, make an impact, and grow with the business. Compensation includes a salary range of $60,000–$70,000, PTO, bonus opportunities, and a health stipend.
