Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in New Jersey is seeking a qualified Program/Project Supervisor to lead assigned case managers and ensure delivery of TANF program services. You will attend partner meetings, manage reporting, and help develop project plans while maintaining quality assessments and career pathway documents. Starting salary range is $75,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or human services, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years' experience in TANF programs.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer focused service delivery skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Attend partner/funding customer meetings.
• Complete weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage/supervise assigned case managers daily.
• Conduct weekly staff/leadership meetings.
• Develop and maintain project plans and reporting docs.
• Ensure assessments and career plans meet quality standards.
• Generate progress and management reports.
• Collaborate with the Project Director on budgeting and forecasting.
• Plan and oversee day-to-day operations and contract management.
• Other duties as assigned.
