Job summary

GXO is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee quality, safety and warehouse processes in Pryor Creek, OK. You will communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met and maintain effective records and reports.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement methods, ensure OSHA compliance, drive personnel development, and provide guidance to supervisors on quality, safety and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field required.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment desired.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge.
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scanning equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA standards.

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant work experience


• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment


• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field


• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience


• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment


• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience


• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)


• Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures across all departments


• Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
