Job summary

GXO Logistics in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, drive quality programs, and ensure safety and compliance across departments.

The role requires 4+ years of managerial experience, AS9100/ISO familiarity, and strong problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience.
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills.
