Job summary

Jobtailor in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead quality, safety, and operational efficiency in a dynamic warehouse/3PL setting.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma initiatives, supervise staff, and ensure OSHA compliance while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience
• Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures across all departments
• Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
