Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time fulfillment. You will lead staff development, implement process improvements, and coordinate with maintenance and management to meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and familiarity with quality systems such as AS9100/ISO, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule with overtime, including weekends.
  • 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments (preferred).
  • Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge (preferred).
  • Experience in warehousing or 3PL (preferred).
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills.

Job description

Requirements
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred)
  • 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred)
  • Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience (preferred)Experience in warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures across all departments
  • Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
