Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage recruitment, scheduling, and performance of hourly staff at our Florence, KY facility. The role includes coordinating workload with other departments to improve efficiency and ensure safety and asset protection.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time.
• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch; frequently required to climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.
• Job may require presence on‑site at the assigned work location.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex warehouse operational issues.

• Proficient at MS Office.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Certifications

• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
