Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a warehouse leadership role in Atlanta to recruit, plan, and manage hourly staff. The role focuses on directing scheduling, coaching, and cross‑department coordination to improve efficiency and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in warehouse work with 3+ years in supervision, and strong MS Office, inventory control, and safety know‑how. On‑site presence and cost control emphasis are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in warehouse work.
• Three or more years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex warehouse operational issues.
• Proficient at MS Office and basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory control systems and safety procedures.

• Manages department performance through coaching, mentoring and motivation of warehouse staff.
• Coordinates work activities of warehouse operations with other departments to ensure better efficiency and cohesion.

Physical Requirements

• Standing/Walking 75% of the time.
• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch; frequently required to climb or balance.
• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.
• Job may require presence on‑site at the assigned work location.
