Job summary

Trancy Logistics America Corporation seeks an Operations Manager for its San Antonio Distribution Center. You will lead multiple work groups, set policies and goals, and interface with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time results.

Responsibilities include directing invoicing, supervising supervisors, driving performance metrics, and ensuring safety and compliance across daily operations. A strong candidate has warehouse management experience and forklift training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of related work experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and automotive production methods.
• Associates degree or up to two years of college or equivalent experience.
• Forklift experience and forklift training are recommended.
• Experience with general office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at the San Antonio Distribution Center and supervise multiple work groups.
• Set goals, establish policies, and monitor day-to-day management activities.
• Interface with customers and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Direct invoicing processes and negotiate additional work requests.
• Track department performance, define metrics, and drive improvements.
• Maintain safe, clean working area and comply with policies.
