Job summary

Trancy Logistics America, a leading provider of international forwarding and warehouse management services, seeks an Operations Manager for its Marysville Distribution Center. The role leads Supervisors and teams, drives on-site performance, and ensures customer satisfaction across projects.

Candidates should have 5–10 years in warehouse management, familiarity with warehouse systems, and strong problem-solving, detail, and dependable work ethics.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of related work experience in warehouse management.
• Experience leading multiple work groups and coordinating with staff and customers.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and automotive production methods.
• Forklift experience is recommended; safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at Mary's distribution center and guide supervisors and team leaders.
• Interface with customers to address on-site concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Direct operational improvement projects to meet performance targets.
• Direct the invoicing process and manage requests for additional work.
• Monitor performance metrics and report time and attendance.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety practices are followed.
