Job summary

Performance Team in Texas seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale warehousing and distribution activities. You will oversee DC operations, P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery and cost goals.

The role requires 5–10 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; Spanish language skills are a plus. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains DC operations plans to include programs, P&L and customer requirements.
• Guides distribution center process planning, staffing, safety, facility and equipment needs.
• Ensures all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates with suppliers and other functions to optimize resource use.
• Trains staff and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Shift Thurs-Sun 6pm to 4:30am; position is full-time and on-site.
